This male splined coupler is used on Micro sprint 600 steering columns for both fixed length steering column and sliding steering columns.
This is designed to be welded into tube to manufacture steering shafts

Welding suggestion. Weld join between tube and coupler as well as plug weld to tube in 2 locations 180 degrees apart.
