This sliding steering column assembly is designed for a chassis with an axle mounted steering box and power steering unit. Eg Hyper, TJ and other chassis.
This kit may suit other brands of cars or we could make them custom lengths. If you are looking for something custom please do not hesitate to reach out.
FEATURES
- Shaft is manufactured with one end a 3/4"-20 male splined insert and other end with a female 3/4"-20 splined insert.
- Includes a perfectly matched 3/4"-20 splined shaft.
- Both splines perfectly matched to the Sync universal joints.
- Rubber boot custom sized to perfectly suit mounting to the universal joint and steering column preventing dirt and muck from entering the steering column assembly.
- Tube is USA sourced 4130 Chromemoly
- TIG welded.

Standard kit includes
- 1x welded steering shaft
- 1x sliding splined shaft
- 1x custom rubber boot
- 2x cable ties
- 2x set screws for universal joint to aid in the sealing of the rubber boot.
